As a Dentist Experience Specialist, your mission is to make sure every dentist and patient we support has a seamless, high-quality, and delightful experience from start to finish. From day one, you’ll have meaningful ownership and input into our dentist and patient journey to ensure it remains market-leading as we continue to scale.
We think of “experience” holistically, so your role will be varied and ever-changing. You could be working across the product and tech we build for our dentists, supporting on clinical escalations, creating and sharing amazing case studies, engaging our community of orthodontic specialists or brainstorming improvements to turnaround times - to name just a few.
